I started a Kelley family vidcast today. It is designed to be something just for the family. This is another thing that a podcast/vidcast can do.It is not all about mass audience.
I intend to use this to share videos with family. Firstly from me, and as my family learns how to use it, from them as well.
This is a microcosm of what is necessary in my work world.
The steps (forboth worlds):
* inform the members (in this case my family)
* explain how-to get the data not just once but regularly
* have a follow-up to see if all is understood
