I spent some time today using some of the material I have been processing for online video distribution to actually let potentially interested parties know about its existence. This is a test phase. I sent some emails to about 20 people with direct links to specific permalinks on a vidcast I have created related directly to an episode I thought may be of interest to them.
I will do more of the same over the next few days and then I can evaluate how well it works for me and for those to whom I am sending the info.
The idea is to as closely as possible only send info people who really want to get it.
