How Do Others See You?

The photo on this post was taken by my 4 year old. This prompted me to ask the question - how do others see you.

The question is not only this but also related to how well the original user has the info correctly themselves.

My idea is increasingly to believe nothing that I cannot at least find two independently sources that are themselves usually believable.
