I am Back (but I never planned to be away)

My notebook is still under guarantee. It was sent for repair on 20 February. It is now 18 March and it is not yet back. The kicker - the problem was a bad transformer cable.! When I sent the computer off to be `repaired´ it was not broken. It was merely unable to be charged again. or run from electricity.

They company itself has already told me that they are overdue and they do not know why. It does not entirely inspire confidence in the company, which is called Medion, and which ALDI distributes. Bad, bad, bad.


If they do not offer me some kind of goodwll I will likely alert others about them and the lack of dealing with customers appropriately.

Their lack of response (and I called regularly to check-up and was lied to at least 3 times) is bad and it cost me lost work time.)
