My under warranty old computer had nothing more wrong with it when I sent it off than a broken transformer cable.
The machine ran fine, but eventually the battery would lose power and then it might as well be dead. It simply required a return.
After much waiting, complaining about multiple promises from the manufacturer, Medion, that were broken I was eventually told, almost a week after the "longest" time it should take that my machine could not be replaced.
Ouch.
Needless to say I was not happy.
The rest of the story is not a whole lot happier as they continued to make mistakes which I can actually document due to the fact that I started communicating in a way that could be traced and recorded.
A note to all who may have something to do with Medion - take with a grain of salt their "warranty".
But at least the photo is happy!
