Twitter 3rd Part apps I use and why

Twitter 3rd Party apps I use, and why

    - it allows for the best browsing of everyone connected to a given
twitter account. It allows for access to MANY other sites as well
including Facebook and FriendFeed. It is a VERY powerful tool for users who want to use all of the tools. (If it seems to complicated, set the mode to lite.) The best tool is the downloadable AIR version. It also works online at http://www.peoplebrowsr.com/
  • http://Ping.fm - I use this app when I want to post to more than one social network. Peoplebrowsr.com now supports it, but the send later function is unstable, so use this function with care.
  • http://twitterfall.com - it allows for a single column following of search terms and Twitter timelines
  • http://Tweetgrid.com - It is a great search tool and extremely customizable
  • tweetdeck - I now actually use this only as a backup to peoplebrowsr.com (you need to download Tweetdeck for it to work. It has the benefit of working on the iPhone.)
  • http://Twuffer.com - programmable send later app for on the hour delivery. Simple interface
  • http://TweetSpinner.com - programmable send later app allows for easy list usage and minute by minute delivery. The free version allows for 25 tweets to be pre-programmed.
