Come Holy Spirit

God’s messengers need no wings
When God has a message to bring
He desires a heart that’s open to Him

So His thoughts may freely pass through
unencumbered by me or by you
He can use a life that is open to Him

Come Holy Spirit - let my life be yours to live
Come Holy Spirit - show me love that Your’s to give
May I, like Jesus, be tuned to hear the Father’s words
Come Holy Spirit - that when I speak, Your voice is heard

Let the words of Christ dwell richly in my heart
Spirit may you have all of me - not just part
