He who spoke and world's came into being humbled Himself and became a baby.
Reliant on a teenage refugee mother whom most were convinced was with child out of wedlock, He was born and placed into a feeding trough.
God injects Himself into humanity - the Word becomes flesh.
He was not content to let us stay in our sins and so the God of all became sin for us.
And it all started inauspiciously away from the centers of power and peoples of importance.
THIS is the gift of Christmas.
